- Start this morning by drinking apple vinegar mixed with lukewarm water. If it is not there, drink lemon and honey mixed together. Keep in mind that water should be lukewarm.
- Today, eat something made of oats or ragi for breakfast. Oatmeal is also a good and cheap option. Apart from this, you can also drink milkshakes for breakfast.
- Make lunch a little lighter today, try to bring variety in a salad today.
- Do not stop drinking buttermilk during lunch. Eat a delicious salad of chickpea or kidney beans and cucumbers. It is all rich in protein. You can also drink chicken soup at night.
